Named for John I. Chipley, Greenwood's first Ford dealer, The Chipley Vogue Building played host to the assembly of Ford Model T cars. Originally built by the Freemasons, today the building features 4 floors of commercial ready space ranging from move-in ready to build-to-suit. Located on Phoenix Street, in Uptown Greenwood, the property is close to banks, restaurants, shops, and the post office. Free parking is provided in one of our two large lots on Phoenix Street.
